Driver Referrals InVolve Everyone
Our D.R.I.V.E. initiative was launched in 2019 as a way to reward our drivers for recruiting others to the team. For every successful recruit that attends orientation and delivers their first load, the referring driver receives an extra 2 CPM for the first six months as well as their name put on the board for a $10,000 drawing. Once the board reaches 10 names, we have a drawing!

Make sure the driver you're referring tells their recruiter your name so you get credit.

You'll receive $0.02 per mile for the first six months for each driver you recruit.

You can have your name entered multiple times in the same drawing - one entry for every driver you recruit.

Once we have reached 10 names on the board, we'll have a drawing as soon as possible and discreetly plan the reveal!
